Just to give everyone an update. The assault charge filed against me was dropped at the preliminary in hearing in November. I remain on pre-sentencing supervision and I am still unable to return to work. I am being arraigned on the remaining misdemeanors charges at the Dauphin County courthouse on January 24, 2oo8 @ 8:30 am.
I am not guilty of the charges which have been brought against me and I have faith in the fact that I am loved and blessed by the "Most High". "No weapon formed against me shall prosper".

Once again I wish to thank everyone for their prayers and support. Those prayers and support have nurtured me through this ordeal so far, and I am confident and blessed in the fact that the positive energy will continue to light my way.
